It reinforced the importance of structured communication and empowered teachers to enhance language skills in early learners.
Vasal Education organised an interactive workshop for teachers, focusing on experiential approaches to teaching English, Math and EVS. Educators explored the power of phonics in early literacy, the use of manipulatives to strengthen mathematical understanding and impactful strategies for EVS. With an emphasis on differentiated instruction, the session equipped teachers to create inclusive, engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

The session fostered accountability, self-evaluation and a renewed commitment to continuous improvement in teaching practice.
Teachers participated in a creative session that blended collaboration, visual storytelling, and reflective activities - all inspired by The Lion King. From group discussions to a motivational video on innovative language teaching, the session culminated in hands-on activities across grade levels - from puppet storytelling in the early grades to role play and scriptwriting in middle school - encouraging imagination, empathy and communication skills.
In a thoughtful and engaging session, teachers explored the causes and symptoms of stress, both psychological and physical. Through open discussions and self-reflective activities, educators gained tools to recognize stress triggers and manage them effectively. The workshop created a safe, supportive space for dialogue - reinforcing the importance of well-being in teaching.
